Hard Mazes (Large Print)
Hard mazes fill the page with twenty columns and twenty-six rows of passages. The rules remain straightforward, but the extra cells create more branches to follow and more dead ends to leave behind. Start at the top opening and find the bottom exit without passing through a wall. Each of the twelve generated mazes is connected and has one solution route.

About the hard level
Take a moment to inspect the width of the corridors before printing a whole pack. Although the walls are bold, a denser maze leaves less room for broad pencil marks than our easier versions. Use the large individual print view or the Letter-size PDF, and trace lightly if you expect to revise your route. A steady clipboard can make the page easier to handle at a small table.
The download keeps all twelve puzzle pages together, with the answer section following them in the same order. A solution line shows the complete path for each matching number. There is no need to finish in one sitting. If the narrow paths are not enjoyable, the medium version offers the same style of search with more space between walls.
Tips for tracing
- Use a light pencil line so you can erase a wrong turn.
- Look ahead to the next junction before you move your pencil.
- At a dead end, return to the last split and try the other opening.
- The solution is always one single path from START to FINISH.
