What you may do

• Print as many copies as you need for yourself, your family, your students, your library patrons, or the residents and members of your senior center or club.
• Hand the printed pages out for free, and use them in free events, programs and classes.
• Link to any page of this site from your own website, newsletter or program calendar.
• Use puzzles you make with the word search maker however you like. The words you type are yours.

What you may not do

• Sell the puzzles or PDFs, or include them in anything that is sold, such as a puzzle book, an app, a paid download or a paid membership.
• Redistribute the PDFs as a product, bundle them for download on another website, or present them as your own work.
• Copy the site, its text or its generator to publish a similar site.

If you run a program or business and want to use the puzzles in a way that falls outside these terms, please ask first. Permission is often possible.

Puzzles are provided as they are

The puzzles are generated and checked automatically, and I work to keep them accurate, but I cannot promise that the site will be free of errors or always available. The site and its PDFs are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for losses that arise from using the site.

The puzzles are offered for enjoyment. Nothing on this site is medical, therapeutic or professional advice.

Advertising and other websites

The site may show advertising served by Google. I do not control the ads that appear, and I am not responsible for the content of other websites that this site links to. The privacy policy explains how advertising works.

Changes

I may update the site and these terms from time to time. The date above shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
